THE GOAL
Archway Boutique is an online baby boutique offering organic and sustainable baby goods for babies and new moms. This was our biggest project of 2022, and involved a full e-commerce website design and build. The website included 45 products, gift boxes, subscription boxes and many customizations to the checkout process. We also setup email marketing including a coupon popup using Flodesk, and created social media content for the owner.
THE BUILD
This website is build using Woocommerce. We added custom code to make many tweaks to the out-of-the box product, cart and checkout pages, including changing some of the button labels to match the products better, adding custom help text in the order notes field, and adding variation swatches as buttons on the product page instead of the default dropdown menus. The subscription and gift boxes were also very complex in terms of product variations, so we had to them in such a way that customers can choose baby’s gender, age and mom’s sizes for the recipient.
